Lucy tweeted this morning about her upcoming court case tomorrow (NZ: 10 am AUS: 8 am US: 1 pm / 4 pm) - That's the time the court case starts. We will likely hear how things went soon after or when Lucy tweets as she did when the burglary charge was downgraded to trespass and they pleaded guilty. Lucy has a busy few days ahead other than the court case. She will also attend the BigGayOut Event in Auckland on the weekend. Lucy didn't say she was singing at the event or she was just there to support the LGBT community!
Court tomorrow. BigGayOut this weekend. Could life be more colourful? Hooray for everything! L— Lucy Lawless (@RealLucyLawless) February 5, 2013
Big Gay Out is the name of the non-profit LGBT fair day in Auckland, New Zealand. The Big Gay Out has been running since the 1990s and is usually organised and run by the New Zealand AIDS Foundation. The events title is based on the music festival Big Day Out. In 2012, the current Queen of Vinegar Hill, New Zealand attended the Big Gay Out to promote the camp at the end of the year.
Get it On! is incredibly proud and excited to announce Auckland’s premier gay event, the Get it On! Big Gay Out 2013.
The Get it On! Main Stage line up is confirmed and it's looking bigger than ever! Kids of 88, Brooke Duff and Maree Sheehan are the headline acts for 2013.
Sponsored by Durex, and a flagship event of the Auckland Pride Festival, the Get it On! Big Gay Out will take place at Coyle Park in Point Chevalier on Sunday, 10 February 2013. Last time, more than 10,000 people attended and 2013 promises to be the best yet.
