Image634658735766962890New Zealand television and other media has been following the events of the Greenpeace protest on the Noble Discoverer and that very well known derrick (who knew I would know what a derrick was other than a man's name) since Friday.

Here is tonight's overview. AUSXIP Reporter Jo in New Zealand has called in with the news:

Tonight's coverage on TV3 was more a brief update that the 6 protesters are about to go into  a third night. The ship was set to leave today and Ilai Amir was arrested yesterday.

They showed a snippet of Steve Abel from Greenpeace and he said "if there is any point at which they are not capable to safely sustain themselves up there in terms of hydration, then they'll come down."
